Standards
ISO Standards
ISO standards are developed by a committee of experts worldwide and recognized by almost every country on the planet. If you're new to International Standards and struggling to get your head around things, think of standards as a set of instructions that describe the optimal way of doing something. Developing Standards
Developing standards is a long, collaborative process that involves a great deal of research and hard work. Initial drafts need to be prepared and studied by a panel of experts; numerous revisions are always the norm; and consensus needs to be achieved by a voting process. Even when everything is agreed, the standard will have to be edited for reasons of clarity and accessibility. Developing a new International Standard usually takes up to about 3 years.

Quality Management (ISO 9001)

Online Training
Online training — also known as e-learning — is effective, fun and affordable. Not only is it a great way to give your organization's staff the tuition they need to understand the importance of standards, it also helps them grasp their role in helping to implement standards and work with them on a day-to-day basis.

Virtual Classroom Courses

On-Site Courses
Just like our remote classroom courses described above, these courses are custom designed to serve the specific needs of organizations and their staff. But there are small differences between these courses and their remote counterparts. While course content and presentation are the same, on-site training is conducted at company premises. The presence of an on-site instructor and the classroom atmosphere tends to lend itself to more effective learning, while instructors may find it easier to impart their knowledge and experience.
Public Courses
Public courses are ones we schedule and arrange at conference centers and similar venues for anybody to join. Courses are less flexible than other forms of tuition and incur the time and cost of travel. But they're usually a cost-effective option and course participants may relish the opportunity to spend time away from the office.
Blended Training
Blended learning, also known as hybrid learning, is an approach to education that combines traditional, classroom-based tuition with online training. Blended learning works well in corporate environments since it reduces or eliminates the travel costs associated with hiring an external teacher.
