Gap Analysis

ISC provides a gap analysis not only to individual but also to integrated management standards. This gap analysis is a way to identify the extent to which your organization meets the requirements of the individual management standards, identify problematic areas, and highlight areas where (better) integration could be achieved. Our auditors will provide you with a report outlining any areas that aren't meeting requirements, and giving you recommendations for integration and other improvement. Based on the results of the gap analysis, a certifiable and integrated management system is set up. We will work with you to define the scope of your systems and conduct the gap analysis according to your needs.

Certification and Assessment

Just like certification to individual International Standards, the certification assessment to an integrated management system is typically a two-stage process. During the first state, we review documents and perform an initial appraisal of your integrated management system; this assessment can usually be conducted remotely. The second stage is the assessment of your integrated management system to verify its effectiveness and compliance with the individual standards. The duration of the two-stage assessment will depend on the size and complexity of your organization and the scope and maturity of your integrated management system. Once you achieved certification, we conduct regular surveillance audits to verify the ongoing effectiveness of your system.
